Looking to buy a Dreamcast and 2 controllers, the game Street Fighter (the later the version the better), a DC VGA Box.

why not get a DC for SF3 ?  Couple of my friends have one for that exact purpose and its pretty sweet.  There are some drawbacks, ie unblockables etc that do not translate into the DC version.... but other then that, it looks good and plays good.

The timing on parrying is QUITE different than the arcade/ps2 versions.

not really...

Some unblockables are well blockable and which ruins alot of setups.

there is no unblockables on DC, they are all blockable

As well as simple links like ken's b+mk on crouching opponent to super art 3... this does not link in the DC version
