FS: Pole Position in South Jersey
« on: June 08, 2005, 03:04:11 pm »
I might be able to get a pole position game from work, the monitor stopped working, and they do not know how to fix or replace it. I have no more room for more games, but I was wondering if there would be any interest in a working PP game in good shape. The game is in Cherry Hill, NJ. If someone is interested, I will try and make a deal. If not I will just leave it alone. So, LMK if you are interested.

I would be interested in the boards and the control panel.

I am not sure what any of this is worth, I have only bought, non working cabs that need alot of work, so please help guide me with how much this is worth, and how much I should offer for the game.

Thanks, Patrick

When in doubt, do a completed auctions search on eBay and see what people are paying for things.  Offer a little less since eBay fees aren't involved.  ;)

A non-working Pole Position cab sells for $50-100.  Depending on what parts you can salvage from the unit.

But for a working PP cab, your going to get $200 and $300 for a mint cab with excellent side art.

As I said, I'll take the boards and control panel and will pay $75 for both.  Let me know.

Sorry, I have not had a chance to update. I will make an offer and then get back to you if I can work something out at work.

Thanks for the interest,
Patrick

I finally got approval from my boss to sell the pole position. Anyway, he wants $150 for it. I also have a working WG4900 monitor that I can throw in for another $100 (I just had it serviced, and that is what it cost me). Any interest please let me know, because I need to get it out of the office before next Wednesday.

Thanks, Patrick
