Ultimarc Shipping Time

I don't care, been very impressed with Ultimarc's support staff so far (and my order isn't even here yet), but has anyone else had to wait about a week to receive their merchandise? I know it's coming from overseas, also, so no big deal...just was curious if that's a typical wait time.

It usually takes 4-5 days to get to the West Coast, for me.
You should get DHL tracking info when it ships, so you can track it right to your door.

I've been tracking it with DHL, and it finally got to the USA today.  They must have been out of something, because it was on hold at London Heathrow for a day or so.  It may have also been that - being I'm a first time customer - they "waited for the check to clear" and god knows my bank is SLOOOOOW at doing that.

At any rate, I've got no problems with Ultimarc themselves.  Emailed a gentleman there because I was concerned about the money being charged twice.  He was very gracious and checked to make sure I hadn't been double-billed. 

It's just the waiting that's getting to me! Thought I'd never have the cabinet ready for this stuff...and now I can hardly wait!

Andy's shipping speed is impressive -- I received my Ultimarc order in about 4 days, which is actually faster than I've received several things from Happ. (That's UPS's fault, not Happ's -- they are lightning fast on the shipping too.)

I live in the UK and I recieved mine the other day!

ordered it on Friday before the Bank holiday, and they came on Wednesday, so in all in 2 working days!  :o (non-working days where. saturday sunday and monday)

I live in Canada, and I received my stuff in about 2 days...I order things from the USA and they seem to take forever...I just assumed the delays were with clearing customs...
