Chrome Sticks?

I know slikstik makes these, but they seem wicked expensive.  Is there anyone else that sells chrome tear/ball tops for reasonable price?

www.groovygamegear.com has chrome ball-top sticks, you can see them on my X-Men CP.

um, not to sound rude, but  slikstik and groovygamegear sell stainless steel handles.  i just don't want you buying anything and getting upset when it turns out it's something different than you expected.

we have a board memeber who makes stainless steel arcade parts too, but since he does one-offs, his prices aren't any better than slikstik.  slikstik also makes aluminum tops, but i'm guessing you already knew that.

to sum up, slikstik is the best price your going to find out there right now unless you know someone who has a cnc machine, then you could probably get it done cheaper.  but he's got to be a real good friend and not charge you for setting the machine up.  then your only price would be the block of stainless he started with.

Your cheapest route to a chrome/stainless joystick is the $20 Groovy ball-top stick with a $7 Happ Super base from Ponyboy(see the B/S/T Forum).

thanks for the feedback.  Im going to be buying from slikstik.  Would rather have a good quality part then a crap one for a few bucks less.  Was just curious if there was another manufacturer that sold the same for less is all :)  Anyhow, thanks again.

I'm not familiar with the stick that GGG sells, but given the high quality of everything else that RandyT sells, I think it's highly unlikely that it's crap.

No one sells a chrome/SS stick that will fit the 49-ways though, right?

Who suggested crap to you? The Groovy sticks are top notch.
Either way you are going to need a base for your stick and it you can get it cheaper from Ponyboy.
