There is an USB to ISA adapter, if you didn't know check it here:

It is expensive, I might add. US$ 119.00 for one ISA slot, US$ 139.00 for 3 slots and US$ 154.00 for 5 slots. It all depends on how much you need an ISA slot on your system. Personally I have never tested the products and don't know anyone who has, but if it really works fine...
The drivers work only in Window 9x, Me and 2000; XP and Linux are out it seems.

Ehh... why? Well, maybe for some real oddball industrial computer cards but most of those are PCI now.
If you're trying to run hardware that ancient on your machine, better to just buy a $50 newspaper ad special computer.
