I have a 25" Virtua Fighter in a dedicated cabinet. The cabinet and sideart are in great shape. It has locks but no mechs. I am located in N. Dallas (Texas). $300

Are you trying to get rid of this thing to generate cash or to get of it... or would you possible be interested in trades?

I'd like to sell it but I'll entertain the idea of trades. I saw your thread with the dirt fox, dynamo (is it 19 or 25"?), and offroad - do you have any other games to trade? I may be interested in the dynamo if its 25" or any other 25" game you might have.

The Dynamo is actually a 19". That's the only cabinet in the garage that actually belongs completely to my brother, though. I'd have to run any trades on that machine through him. As of now, I'm only authoried for a sale on that one.

At 19", though, it's not exactly an even trade. However, he has other boards. We'll just have to see (assuming you're even interested).

Otherwise, I have buttloads of non-functional or ugly machines. They're all 19" converted classics, though.

The only other 25" machine working is the Off-Road. We have two 25" kit cabs, but the monitors on both seem to be on the fritz.

I prefer to trade for a working a game.  I have two project games already. I would need something to sweeten the deal to trade for the dynamo. What boards would you be willing to trade with it?

There's a Street Fighter Alpha 3 in there right now. Mars Matrix could be thrown in. There's also a Darkstalkers board.

My brother also has Darkstalkers 2, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, and Alien vs Predator, but I'm pretty sure he wants to keep all of those for use in other machines. I could always find out, though.

Alien vs Predator wouldn't be a good choice, anyways, since it's a 3 player game and the control panel has a Street Fighter layout.

Plus I think he's got the marquees for all those games except Mars Matrix.

Oh! And we have a fresh Capcom NOS diamond plate overlay to put on the control panel, but that hasn't been done yet.

We need to just put together a list of what everyone has FS /FT in the DFW area, then try and work out deals.  That way if a 3-way trade works, everyone is happy!

I would definitely be interested in getting a sticky on a FS/FT thread of what's happening in D/FW!

Hint, hint!

I think that would be getting ahead of ourselves, and we're hijacking the thread. Someone's  got a VF to sell!

I'd be interested except I really can't guarantee the machine's safety in my posession. It's really worth more to me in pieces...  ::)

(Yes, I know I'm bad. That's why I'm trying to stay away.)

Care to trade the Virtua Fighter for a 27" SVGA monitor in a TV casing?

(And would it hurt your feelings to know it's being instantly turned into a MAME machine despite its condition?)

Darnit! I was hoping to buy that one to MAME because this TMNT conversion is becoming a pain in the rear (not to mention it's a beast).

I just didn't want to buy it before I could sell the TMNT.

Can't... stop... spending...

Well, darnit. It just busted the $300 mark and I really wanted it. I wanted to buy it before it went on auction, but I wanted to sell my TMNT first. I should have just taken it while I could. Now it's going to go for more than I wanted to pay.

On the other hand, way to go on that thing. I bet it'll break the $400 mark.

It sold for $450. I don't think you would have got that at a Super Auction. Congratulations! It's probably worth that much, though, considering the condition it's in.

I don't think I would have gottten that at Super Auctions either. Ebay can be a fickle mistress but today she is my friend. 8)
