Is there something the test will tell us that WON'T make this guy certifiable?  Seriously, WTF is wrong with this guy? :o

I can't even begin to fathom what it takes to do this, much less going out in public and directing TRAFFIC!

Certifiable or not...This guy need to be put down...Seriously, he's not doing anyone ANY good...Just a waste of resources and time.  :(
