Small trackball needed
« on: May 04, 2005, 07:09:20 am »
Hi Guys,

I would like to add a track ball on my panel but I am facing a space issue. There is not so much room on it now so I was wondering if it is possible to find smaller trackball than the Happs one (3' and 2 1/4 '' are definitely too big) to buy on teh net.

Thks!! :P

Happ sells a 1-1/2 inch trackball ($185, but you might find something on E-bay).  I think these were used in kiosks or industrial controls.

Otherwise, your best bet is probably to hack something like a kensington PC trackball, but it won't have the true arcade "feel".

I would like to keep the arcade feeling of course. I know about this 1-1/2 inch trackball but the price is far too expensive!!

What I found on E-bay is just the 2 1/4 and 3 '' trackball offers....
