Someone is working up some graphics for a marquee for me...
When it comes time to having someone put the graphics
onto plexiglass (or however it is done) what kind of price
will I expect to be paying?

it depends on where you go. Most everybody has their marquee printed on paper and sandwiches it between two plexi sheets; it's not actually printed on the plexi. If you live in an urban area call around to some local print shops / signmaking shops and get quotes for the size you need. Let them know that it's going to be backlit as they might have a few different options for the stock. There are also several on-line printing companies that specialize in arcade-style graphics.
www.mamemarquees.com
is pretty highly regarded around here.
