How hard would it be for a n00b to connect that on/ off switch to a motherboard for use with a cabinet?

It dosent go directly to the MB, it goes to the transformer and power supply witch runs it to the mother board. I couldnt help you on advice to the MB, though im sure it can be done.

Oh, I thought the wires were cut.  I didn't realize it was still attached.

Thanks,

I was hopeing to sell the lot to someone building a MP in need of original parts , whats a fair price for the switch for you.

Tommy,

I dont know what to offer or even if I could use it.

I am building my first cab ever and I thought that it would be nice to wire that switch somewhere and have a one button power on switch.

I would rather see this go to someone for use with an original moon patrol than for me to cut and experiment on.

If you cant move the lot, PM me with what you would take for just the little switch (I may even be able to buy one new from an Electronics store, I dont know anything about them).

Thanks for asking though,
-Dweebs

Tommy, there is nothing Moon Patrol specific about that stuff, it is just generic cabinet hardware. It is worth slightly less than what it would cost to ship.

Except for the lower coin box door, that should be good for $10.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

It came off a MP is why i posted it that way and as you said the coin box and door are MP.

Im not looking to make a killing off this stuff, there are 2 projects involving MP so i tought id try to help rather then junk it.

Control panel latches are cool though, a lot of people can use those, I would retitle your post to mention them. I came to this thread thinking there might be Moon Patrol specific parts, but it is really control panel latches and a Williams lower coin door.
