Spy Hunter II dual yokes
« on: April 24, 2005, 05:19:54 pm »
Is there any other use for these?  They have thumb and trigger buttons but appear to turn only part of the way, not 360 degrees.  Any value?

None.  You should immediately mail them to me, for disposal.

They are pretty much worthless together like that.  Disposal of both of them would be too much for Peale.  I will have to dispose of one of them for you.  :laugh:

 By the pic its hard to tell, but I think those use optical encoder for the steering.
This may be impossible to interface for use in most games.

 take a pic of the top - so can see if its an optical encoder

I picked up one of those yokes about a year or two ago.  After a little head scratching and trail and error I got it working and tied it in with a pole position pedal so that I could play spy hunter.  It worked out great and really wasnt that hard to do..... It ended up being a little tall once mounted but played fine.

Commodeians  ::) ;D every one!
The small green circuit boards on these have reflective sensor written on them.  I really would like to sell these, as a pair.  Any one care to propose a REAL value for them?  I also have the SH2 board for this, no idea if it works.
I'm gonna liquidate this and some other stuff soon, I really need a vacation.

Thanks, ARCADIAC!

where to cut the wires?  just cut them so most of the wire is on mahuti's side.

...as if you even needed to ask.   ::)
