FS: 27" arcade monitor (Houston)
« on: April 23, 2005, 03:14:31 pm »
Monitor is labeled as a Hitachi, was the original in my Super Neo 29 cabinet.  Replaced with a Betson so I could run other emulators and Windows games at higher resolutions, rather than just MAME.  Was going to use the original in another project at some point, but will be moving in a couple of months and have decided to put off any new projects until after that.  With that in mind, I'd like this big thing out of my way.

Monitor was working when removed.  See http://grue.is-a-geek.com/dump/monitor for a few pics of it running MAME before I replaced it.  Good color, no burn in at all.  Could probably use a cap kit, as there was a little bit of pincushion that I was never able to completely adjust out, but wasn't too bad.  Has been packaged in the Betson's box and stored indoors since it's removal from the cabinet ~2 months ago.

Looking to get $125 for it.  I'm located in southeast Houston and would prefer a local buyer who can pick this up.  If anyone wants it shipped, they'll have to find a carrier that will come to the house and pick this thing up.  Box is ~26x23x23", and weighs quite a bit, so shipping would likely be fairly expensive (I paid ~$90 to get the Betson here from Dallas by truck).
