Slikstik slow shipping?

On April 5, I order from Slikstik: two joystick handles, a spinner, and a extra spinner top.  I quote from their site: "Parts and spinners ship in 2-3 days from order date".  It is now over two weeks later and I have not received any confirmation of shipment.  Doesn't really seem worth the $25.60 I paid for shpping.  I sent an e-mail asking if my parts are backorder or something but only received a canned e-mail.  I'm starting to worry that my order slipped between the cracks.

Is their shipping usually this slow?  I read that they are slow on panels and I can understand that since manual labor is involved but I just ordered parts.

I got an order I placed with them in three days.  I was pretty happy with their service. I wouldn't just call up and ask for a charge back though I'd try to find  out why your order is taking so long first.

And isn't there a SlikStik 'rep' here on BYOAC? You can try and PM them.

That is why I am posting here. 

I sent an e-mail to them on the 16th.  The canned response said the e-mail would be passed on to a human... so much for that.

As stated on our order page delivery time is 3 - 5 weeks.
Currently we are unable to personally respond to status
emails but rest assured we are working dilligently to fulfill
all orders as fast as humanly possible.

When your unit ships you will recieve an email with tracking
info that can be checked at the shippers website. Until then
we
appreciate your patience.

We apologize for this "canned" response, we only use it as a
last resort when production is at full peak and the entire
staff is called in to meet demand.

A copy of your email has been sent to the SlikStik team for
review.

Well, FWIW, the reply does say

"As stated on our order page delivery time is 3 - 5 weeks"

I'm pretty that was in reference to their panels. From their contact section:
"SHIPPING: Panels and Cabinets and Combos ship in 3-4 weeks from order date. Parts and spinners ship in 2-3 days from order date. When we ship we will email tracking info to the email address that was given at time of order."

I ordered a couple of replacement handles.  After a week I sent them a question about the status of the order and received the same reply that you did.  The next day I received notice that it was shipping that day and they apologized for the delay but they had a lot of orders they were processing.  So hopefully you will see it soon.

Our apologies about the canned reply but we receive hundreds of emails everyday and that is set in place to answer the most general of questions.

In any case we have them in house now and they will arrive at your door mid next week.

Wow, to be honest, this definately takes slikstik out of the running for places to purchase my stuff from, no email to say we're backordered, and then you finally get them, almost 20 days later, and you aren't gonna next day air them?  seems like the least you could do after he's paying that much for 20 day shipping
