Uncommunicative Act-Labs.

Anyone else having problems getting in touch with Act-labs to pre-order the Light Guns?
I have now sent 2 emails and placed 2 seperate pre-orders over the last week or so and have received 1 standard reply email in response and that didn't even answer my question.

All I want to know is how much is shipment to the UK will be and to quote their page "you will be contacted within 1 day by our friendly and helpful sales team"

Perhaps I better try out the competition, Oops sorry i forgot there isn't any.

I got a response from Act Labs on postage costs - twice! and with 3 different prices! Fair enough 2 of them are close but what are they playing at.

To quote email 1:-

Postage via airmail to UK would be around $22 USD
International UPS to UK would be  around $40 USD
It's around the same price for 1 or 2 guns.

ACT LABS Order

To quote email 2 (after I requested a price by airmail):-

 Dear ACT LABS gamer,

The shipping cost for the following order will be US$: 37.

So I get a response of them, then what? It says pre-order the guns off the website - How? EVERYTIME I TRY TO PRE-ORDER IT TELLS ME TO REQUEST A QUOTE FOR SHIPPING WHICH TAKES ME BACK WHERE I STARTED

It like a vicious circle. I have tried emailing there sales department at least 5 time in response to the original email however all I get is a standard email back in response, I even tried phoning through an order and all I got was a constantly busy tone.

This is beginning to wind me up big style.
