Cocktail Table Kit and Parts
« on: April 07, 2005, 11:25:18 pm »
Hello all, I just wanted to let you know I put up a five day auction for a brand new cocktail table kit and controls panels/glass clips.

Kit:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6169439986

Control Panels:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6169441664

Glass Clips:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6169440231

The kit comes with everything you need to put together a cabinet, including all supports, dowels, screws, and instructions. Bellow is a picture of the main pieces in the kit.

All pieces are finished, stained, sealed, and fit with black t-molding. The kit also comes with speaker holes and a coin door hole precut.

Below is a picture of the kit as it looks assembled.

Also, I can now provide large sets of plans for this kit as well and other hardware such as speakers, 12 stero amplifiers, ipacs, coin doors and more. If you are interested message me through ebay.

Less than one day left to buy this great brand new in the box cocktail kit. I also will sell IPACS, coin doors, buttons switches, bezels, plans, and even have 12V DC stera ampliofiers that run off a PC power supply and can pump out 80 watts power to the speaker setup pictured above.

If ypu have any questions send them through ebay please.

Hey, looks good (and seems like a reasonable price).  I have been back / forth about building a cocktail table so I might be in the market at some point.  But not for weeks / months (have to finish a few more projects first).

The question... Are you planning on putting more up later?  It won't effect a bid on this one (wife will KILL me if I buy more parts before I use the ones I have)

Anyway, I want something nice enought to have upstairs.  Yours might be perfect for me.

Thanks!

Yes, I have a few more kits less (less than five). I will be putting them on ebay about once a week, but once all the kits are sold I wont be making anymore, so this will be all the kits I am going to sell. period.

One thing that is pretty cool (I think) about these kits is the speaker arrangement. Holes are cut in it for 6X9" speakers. Just put any car side speakers into it and hook them up to a stereo amplifier (I sell amps you cxna hook up straight to an IDE power cable), and you get some really kick butt sound, making the cabinet  also a jukebox.

Starting price is really fair at $200 with all parts finished ready for assembly.

Hi,
I'm building my cocktail machine, and I was wondering if you could elaborate more on the comments you made at the board.

Do you sell the amps?
I've been looking for an amp to use with my cab, (interested in something that will give audio control)

Thanks

The amps I sell are pictured below:

The amp runs off of 12V DC, which is the same current supplied by an ATX power supply (the power cables inside of your computer). They have a volume knob, stereo RCA inputs, power connectors, and speaker outs. To hook up the amp you just run wires from and IDE power connector:

The yellow wire is 12V DC and the red is 5V DC.

Then you run a cable from the PC audio out to the amp:

And finally you run plain old speaker wires from the amp to the 6X9s or whatever speakers you want to use. The result is a hi-fi stereo sound system inside your cabinet. Its damn easy to setup.

If you want to buy one of these 12V DC amps the price is $30 inside the United States and Canada. I can also sell you a pair of 6x9" speakers for $25. Everything comes brand new in factory packing, sealed.

Let me know if you are interested. I will ebay or paypal you an invoice.
