A week ago I posted about a horrible UPS screw up with my order from Oscarcontrols, and how Kelsey went way beyond the call of customer service to fix the problem. Well, I just finished e-mailing Kelsey back to let him know that last night after supper, a sales rep from the builder of our subdivision stopped by with a package that one of the builder's found at the house that UPS dropped off the package on the front steps (a house that hasn't been sold and is as empty as can be). Well this morning my replacement arrived from Kelsey (what a great guy!), and was back out the door just as fast...So a somewhat happy ending, and once again gives me the chance to show my thanks to Kelsey and Oscarcontrols for being a great dealer of products for the BYOAC community!!
