Shameless Plug - My Star Wars yoke auction
« on: April 03, 2005, 10:30:48 pm »
Well, I have on up on ebay. It is from my recently acquired Firefox Cabinet. Unfortunately, other than the cabinet, there were no other Firefox parts present. I am going to use the Cabinet for a MAME project, but it will remain unmolested - easily returnable to Firefox if I choose to in the future.

The cabinet had a little over 4500 plays on the meter. The yoke works all the way. All triggers/buttons operate, and it is in nice shape.

I also hacked a dualstrike to it, and it tests fine in XP and loads plug and play. A Win98 driver CD is included. I will include the Molex plug from the cabinet as well.

For BYOAC members only: I will ship for FREE in the USA. If you are out of country, I'll cut $15 from shipping. Just furnish me a PM with your forum name. (I will not honor this if you only have 1 post or join just to get this deal. My decision will be final on this.)

Please PM if you have any questions...

Dave.

No joke, there.  I was the first to bid on it, just to say I was "winning" it for a while..  I knew it would go for more than I could afford, right now  :)

Is that so hard?  Come on dude, A DOLLAR EXTRA!  You've gotta be insane to turn this down.  BTW Damn, I hate how much these yokes can cost!  Nice price on it.

Thanks. This pays for my entire trip to the KC auction including the Moon Patrol that I am keeping + enough to fix it up nice, and for a recently purchased PS2 ;D

I hated to sell the yoke, but my hobby has to be self supporting to keep my promise to my wife. So far, I've managed to stay in the black!

Dave.

Someone posted a Star Wars yoke with a BuyItNow for $200.  IT was gone in a couple of hours.......  Good deal if you consider they usually fetch $300+ now for a working one..
