I bought a golden tee Fore! 2004 board off of ebay, and I've been trying to test it using a JROK RGB-> NTSC convertor, but all I get is a screwed up picture.  He even says the board isn't compatible with ALL std res arcade boards, so that may be why there's an issue.

Does anyone in CT have a MED Res or a std resolution arcade monitor that wouldn't mind plugging this board in for me and testing it out on their monitor?  It would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance if anyone is willing to help.

I'd do it, but I'm in Vermont.  Unless you want to mail it up here.

Is it a JAMMA board?

Yeah, I've actually got to get it tested ASAP so I can let the seller know if it works or not, he guaranteed it working.

I was trying to find someone local..  unfortunately nothing yet.  If I don't get responses by tomorrow I'm going to go down to the local distributor and probably get overcharged for a std res monitor, but I may not have a choice at the moment.

Thanks for the offer however peale.

Jeeze, don't do that.  Put a message up on RGVAC stating what you're looking for.  There's enough arcade guys in CT that *someone* must be able to help you out.

That's not a bad Idea.  I just did that.  Hopefully I'll get a response. *shrug*
