There is an adaptoid for sale on ebay as of 3/28/05...I am selling it because I don't use it anymore. If anyone wants it go for it. No questions asked...This isn't an April fools joke. They are not being sold by any of wishtechs competitors as I did a search and they are out of stock...
Wishtech STOPPED making them circa 2002 stated on their website.

I bought an N64/PS2 to USB adapter a few years back for about $15. Why is this thing so much better?

that's odd.  The newest N64 emulators also have a built in memory pak, so there's no need for the real one.
