Not That This Hasn't Been Stated Before, But (thanks inside)
« on: March 30, 2005, 09:40:32 am »
Just wanted to express my thanks to Kelsey from Oscar Controls for his incredible understanding and customer service.   I recently ordered some stuff from him, and unfortunately the good folks at UPS managed to royally screw up the delivery, and ended up leaving my parcel at the front door of a house on my street that no one even lives in.  The bad news, is that I didn't find out til a week and a half later that they had done that, and naturally, after going down there and searching around the property, there's nothing there.

I've been in contact back and forth with Kelsey since I found out and he's bent over backwards to help straighten this out, and  for that I want to thank him, and to let everyone on here know (who hasn't yet dealt with Oscar Controls) that he's truly one of the real good guys in our arcade community.

Cheers!
Mike

Agreed, he's a class act in the community.
