I have an offer from these guys at a pretty good deal, and I've heard lots of good things about them, and some bad.

I'm looking for anyone's honest opinion about them. Any help is appreciated.

A while back people used to say if you can pick up your cab then they are great.  However, if it's getting shipped it will probably arrive damaged with no recourse for the buyer.

That was a while back and they seem to have gotten better.  Your best bet might be to check the feedback of rbmotoring and contact some of the people who had a cab shipped recently.  You may also want to read DYNAGOD's thread (if you haven't already).

yeah that's what I'm afraid of. I've heard some wicked great things, but I've heard some crazy stuff, like that one post, and there is a post by a guy named NGT on their forums, (who also posts at neo-geo.com as I do) and he got a classicaly pooped up Egret cab from them.

But this price is really good, $375 plus $150 shipping... unless they charge up the nuts for palleting, lol.

I read about the problems others have had with ArcadeInfinity after I purchased mine.  I got the cabinet on ebay from rbmotoring, but actually, I didn't have any problems at all.  It arrived a little slow, but no damage, and everything worked as it should.
