Trying to figure out old pc racing game(come help)

Ok this is driving me crazy, and I need your guys help. I used to have an old racing game for win95 I think, and Im trying to remember what it was. It was a space type racer, that looked a lot like wipeout. But your ship/car was attatched to a little colored wire above it, and you could spin your ship/car around it as you raced down the track. It was like your ship/car was attached to the wire as you raced. But like I said, the ships/cars and the tracks looked like wipeout. I want to say the game name had a G in it, like G force or something, but I cant remember, and Ive searched everything I can think of. Like I said, its an old pc game probably around win95 early win98 time. Please help.

Well after looking through old cd's I found the game.

CYBERSPEED

I wanted it because I remember it had some cool music. Now time to rip the cd .

nothing inpaticular. I just was thinking about it today, and remember it had some cool songs on it. I might put them on my xbox for when Im playing Burnout 3. You should check out some more, pretty good stuff.
