Plain ol VGA card needed
« on: March 24, 2005, 09:04:39 pm »
trying to help a friend put together a jukebox.  His old/spare  PC powers up, but no video signal.  I need a plain old VGA card to make sure the motherboard is toast.  Anyone have one for donation/cheap?

I threw out about 5 of them 6 months ago.   :-\

Thanks, Art

I've got a PCI video card based on an S3 ViRGE/DX... dirt basic, 4 MB RAM. If that'll do, slip me a couple of bucks for shipping at celamantia@charter.net and I'll send it...

Thanks Chris.  Sent $5.00 your way via paypal.  Hope that's acceptable.

Looks like someone already sent you a video card, if that doesn't work out then let me know and I'll send you a whole computer.

PaigeOliver:

Keep that PC on ice for me.  whats the specs?  good enough to run 98 and SK jukebox?

I ran out of project PC's.   Are you offering a good price?
