new Hotrod SE w/stuck button
« on: March 24, 2005, 03:13:33 pm »
Hi all, I'm new here. My buddy and I just threw together a cab, and we used a Hotrod SE since we currently lack the time to do a CP from scratch. The first button on the player 1 side was sticking badly from the moment it arrived. Is there a simple adjustment we could make to fix it? Or is it time to contact Hanaho?

The Hotrod is really easy to get into. there should be about six screws on the underside. Once you get it open, you can remove the microswitch and unscrew the plastic mounting nut and off it comes. Like I said, it's really easy, then from there, you can see if it's just a cleaning thing or, you can order a new button for roughly $2. Hope that helps
