Yeah, that has to have some kind of cheat on or something.  Shots are clearly going through the ship.  I don't see the life bar on top (right) lowering either.
Next I'll be on fries, and that's when the big money starts rolling in.

I'm D/L'ing the video right now, but some of these shooters let you take more than one hit before you die. If you have a weapons power up, they'll knock you back one level. For example, if you have a 3rd level weapons power up, you'll die on the fourth hit. -3 weapons, then fatal shot.

Looks like this guy played this game alot before, he always knows where to go when he gets shot at.  Seems like he's planned it already....guy blows up, he moves to the middle of the screen where all the shots go around him....good strategy

we watched this last night.  Absolutely amazing.  I would not have survived the first Maelstrom of bullets.  That guy had to of logged many an hour on that machine to get the patterns that perfect.

I been around dood.... how ya doing Nivo, good to see ya too.  ;D

I think the person is right who said that the guy is only in the center and it has to hit that to get killed.  If not,
there would be no way to ever live through that game.  And this guy had to drop some fat cash into it to ever get that good.

Wow, I find the sheer existance of a game with that kind of difficulty level to be insane.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

That is definately not the default difficulty level.  I think the game gets progressively more difficult each loop through the game.
