WTB - 25" cab in Houston area

Looking for a project cab in the Houston / East Tx. area.  Working or not, complete or stripped, let me know what you've got and we'll go from there. 

Also, if anybody has any tips on hunting down a good MAME candidate please share them, I've had no luck finding a cab so far.
