Mamewah screensaver settings
« on: March 10, 2005, 04:26:05 pm »
I have searched the boards for a couple days now and have not found a answer on my own so here you go.
I want to run a movie screen saver on my cab with one difference from the others I have seen. I want the screensaver to turn off with a quarter and nothing else, I can't seem to find the setting for default keys anywhere please help.

There's no straightforward way to do this since that functionality isn't in MAMEWAH.  MAMEWAH will run a Windows screensaver though so if you could make a Windows screensaver that only exited with a certain key....

I have downloaded a pile of commercials that I wanted to use as my screensaver anyone know of a screensaver program that would be configurable that way?

That's what I have as my screensaver!  I use MameWah and have them as full screen movies.  Put them in a folder and point to them in the mamewah .ini file.

Nothing like a Hubba Bubba or Capri Sun commercial from the 80's playing on the cab!  Or how about that Kenner Star Wars action figure commercial?  Dig it!

Where did you get your commercials?  I'd love to find some more!
