Well I wouldnt mind seeing some pictures of this.  You built a CNC router!?  Thats what I understood from this!  Thats insane!  Any designs you happen to mess up or if you decide to make really cheap ones, Ill consider them, but I live in Canada so shipping is a ---smurfette---!

That's hardcore man. I would definately be interested in one of those 2 player delux panels. You know, you could just send a test piece my way  ;). Heh, all kidding aside, when you get that thing perfected, I'll be in line to order...well, it depends if usedelectronics gives us a good price too.
I had to beat them to death with their own shoes...

There's a lot of these hardcore DIY-CNC madmen out there. The first time I found cnczone.com I spent about an hour looking through peoples custom built machines in total shock.

I really had no idea that people could even make their own CNC machines!  Not to mention the cost behind it all.

I've seen other posts where you've talked about buying parts in quantity/having parts available.  Are you gamecab.com?  (I only ask since you don't have a WWW link in your profile)

You really need to put up some more contruction pictures of your CNC router...
I was reading through your journal & felt jipped by how it suddenly ended...  ;)

Great work!
I've been planning my own CNC router for smaller projects.
How's it working out for you so far?

First Picture is of the CNC Router itself minus the cutting deck.

This next picture is of the CNC with my Porter Cable Router attached to it.

Here's an idea: a miniature CNC router that flips out of the cab, allowing you to instantly customize your CP on the spot!   :o

The Buttons took 2 Passes but that was because they were started with the 3/4 Router.

The Buttons took 2 Passes but that was because they were started with the 3/4 Router.  Everything else took 1 pass with the 1 1/2 router.

Are you talking about the bit size, or the actual router?
Wait I think I just figured it out... Horse power! right?
What size & type bit are you using?

Thanks!
