What's the issue? I found that I had to cut out around 8mm on the underside of my 17mm CP, drill out a hole for the shaft and mounting screws, put the dust cover over the stick, slide the shaft through the hole, screw the joystick onto the CP and then screw the balltop on.

It shouldn't be any more complex than this in most cases.

They have a mounting diagram on there website under controls->diagrams, but I am sure you've already seen that.  If you are really confused about how to assemble the joystick, you should give Andy of ultimarc an email and I am sure he'll help you out.  He has a reputation for good customer service. andy@ultimarc.com

The truth of the matter is I took it apart months ago and forget the sequence of all the parts.I know that it goes red handle, than dust washer after that I'm a little fuzzy.I still have spring, black sleeve thing and silver sleeve thingy and the e-clip.I emailed Andy but no response yet.If anyone can tell me the order of these parts I would appreciate it.I know I should have taken a digital pic before I took it apart.  ;D

Yes.
His name is Andy, and he owns Ultimarc.

Send him an email.
You would probably have an answer by now, if you'd sent an email after reading the previous post.

Hi my name is no-one and I assume to much and don't read the treads completely and make comments.I emailed Andy two days ago and have not received a response.I have posted on the ultimarc forum as well.Sorry about the snide comment no-one but before making my post I tried using search and emailed Andy.I'm just pissed because a simple pic would have saved me this embarrassment of having to put my tail between my legs and ask for help.

Or you could try not being so impatient. wait a little while before demanding people tell you how to put something together you shouldn't have taken apart yet. Maybe the person who knows hasn't read this thread yet.

And after andy check his email he will most likley answer you. I've emailed him in the past and he usually got back to me fairly quickly. but remember you might not be the only one asking him questions right now.

I would assume it's pretty similar to the Happs joys...
??? I don't have a J-stick, so this may not even help... Just thought this pic might help a little... Maybe.
I'm not a freak!...

You need to use your return key now and then.
I missed the part about the email because it was buried inside the rest of the post.
It reads alot better if you return at the end of a sentence rather than a space.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Compare this to your original post.

The truth of the matter is I took it apart months ago and forget the sequence of all the parts.
I know that it goes red handle, than dust washer after that I'm a little fuzzy.
I still have spring, black sleeve thing and silver sleeve thingy and the e-clip.

I emailed Andy but no response yet.

If anyone can tell me the order of these parts I would appreciate it.
I know I should have taken a digital pic before I took it apart.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you separate the really important stuff, like I emailed Andy, but haven't heard back yet, that will help too.

No-one I concur:) my engrish has never been my strongest point. So yeah I can see how you would have trouble translating my post.

Dave thank you very much can you tell me does the silver washer small end go up and big end down and the black actuator goes small end down or big end down. When I say down I mean towards e-clip being down.

The actuator goes small end towards the e-clip.  The only "washer" I see is more like a split ring I guess, probably to keep the handle tight once it is screwed down.  I have mine with the split end facing up.  If there is a different washer that I am not seeing, let me know and I'll take a closer look.
