It's some sort of what's called in the industry a "roll down" acceptor. This one looks like it has a cutout at the bottom for some kind of coin return cup or for a lock. Try searching at Happ Controls, Lucky Sunshine, and Asahi Seiko for roll down 'coin selectors'.
