Depends how much you like the game or how much you like money.  Personally a project like that would be a dream for most people here.  Although, you will probably get a higher price parting it out.  I wouldn't even know what a fair offer is in the shape it is now.

You didn't mention what's wrong with this one, besides the cosmetics.  Anything else wrong?


Oh, and BTW you do suck for finding these gems.  ;)

If you part it out, let me know.  My brother has an empty that he needs some parts for.  He could use the "cabinet" parts, not the controls.
