Trackball/Spinner question...
« on: October 26, 2002, 02:46:58 am »
ok, I finally got all the wiring done on my first CP...  I have 2 joysticks with six buttons each, a trackball and a spinner.  I am using Emuloader as my frontend.  My problem is that I can't seem to get the trackball or spinner working for the games.  I know they are wired correctly because they both work in windows, but when I go into a game like centipede or tempest they don't work.  Am I missing something simple?

This is always the easiest question to answer.

which version of mame are you using?  DOS or window or mame32?

If windows mame in the mame.ini file enable the mouse, "mouse 1".  Will need ot do something simular in the gui for mame32 and the config for dos mame I believe.
