I would suggest against getting a Rough Ranger tat on your arse.

That is the only wisdom I can part with at this time.

I originally got a Pac-Man tattoo, with a "mock the jocks" kindo of idea...instead of getting that "bad ass barbed wire" around my arm...have you ever watchted football games?  I think you have to have that tattoo to play in the NFL...I would get a Pac-Man with dots all the way around....  Later I added a Ghost (Inky) chasing Pac-Man.  I have yet to add the dots but would be very surprised if I don't have it done by the end of the year.  I'm also seriously putting Mario on my other arm..and for some reason I think it'd be totally bad ass to have Donkey Kong at the top and center of my back.  Keep in mind now..that I'm a special kind of loser/freak.  :)  I assure you that many people could beat me at pac-man...but it's been a life long obsession.  I don't really know what my deal is with Nintendo either...I couldn't wait to get one, then when I finally did, I never left it's side.  I would take it on family vacations and stuff.  I just beat LOZ for the first time last year though.  I always loved it, just recently started to appreciate it....and love it.  ;)

Eventually the Ghost healed....but that bloody pic is fun.  Also people with tattoos know it's not like in the moives....it's not marker....they're scratching the hell out of your skin with a needle....yeah...ya bleed.  ;)

BTW, that bloody pic was first thing the morning after..so there's some bandage stuck on pac-man's head.....

i can't get a tattoo because anything i like or believe now will change in a few years...unless the tattoo has your family, a chronicle of your life, a lifechanging event, etc. i can't see why you'd do it.  c'mon, when you're 50, are you going to be pimping that lotr tattoo.

I never really thought of it before...but it seems like (for me) video games have been part of my family.  And I'm pretty sure they're never gonna turn on me.  :)

i need a tattoo that morphs depending on what i'm into.  maybe a small screen on top of the skin, so you can send images to the body location.

Or stop skipping the Ritalin so you can focus on something.  Kinda hard to bag on someone because they can identify something they enjoy in life and put their personal tribute to it on their bodies.  I'm sure they feel the same way about you changing with the current fad of the moment.  Eventually you'll find something that is a "forever" thing to you, and others won't be able to understand THAT, but you'll defend it to the death.

Jeez, that's sad.  I remember back in the early 80's I heard a tune called CRAZY TRAIN.  Man, it just changed my whole world.  To this day I haven't stopped listening to it, or enjoying the things I enjoyed then (had a nice game of apocalypse now the other day...nice!).

My sister's were like you: Just LOVED something this week, hated it the next.  Same went for friends.  Now my daughters are like that.  One day Britney is da bomb, next they are liking whatever their friends/television tells them they like. Maybe it's time to decide what you like FOR YOURSELF.

Here it is some 20 years later, and the nice ozzy tattoo on my back still feels good being there, even though he's been through 2 restorations so far.  When I'm 50?  Who the hell is going to want to look at my back then anyway??

Seriously dude, it's what YOU like, not what anyone likes.  Heh, maybe take Drew's advice, and maybe a Ritalin tat would work for you :)

She says she's after the "Indiana Jones" type of guy.

I hate those types of guys.

I only have a tatoo of my name on my arm.  I was 15, that's what the other guys were doing (and no, I wouldn't have jumped off a bridge if they did)...maybe I could turn it into Fygar or something...hmm...

Whoa! that girl with the Atari tat is cute!  Honestly - w/o knowing about the tatoo, I'd say a real cute 7/10 on my scale.  But knowing about the tatoo puts her off the charts!  I guess I am a classic arade freak.  She got 20pts just for having the Atari logo branded on her abs.  Oh well.  Send the guys with the white coats now...

About 5-6 years ago I was on the verge of getting the tattoo the guy from tekken 3 has on his arm (not very retro, I know) but I've got one on my arm already (4 in total) so I decided to leave it. I was thinking of having the one on my arm removed, if I do then I'll have it done.

They naysayer has a point, ya know.  You have no idea whether you're still going to be into videogames twenty or thirty years from now.  I know a guy with a bunch of white supremacy crap on his hand and forearm that he got when he was a teenager.  He's too poor to have it removed.

Tatoos are permanent.  I don't think Ritalin is meant to make you focus on one thing for fifty or seventy years straight.

I have two tats (above a short sleeve shirt). Anyone with tats will tell you they are addictive, you can't stop at one. I have never regretted getting them and doubt I ever will. Like anything in life, it's just another experience.

The ultimate arcade tat would be Dirk doing something filthy to Daphne.

I'd say it would more depend on the size of the bid pot!

Before anyone thinks about getting a byoac tat (and jeez, with this group I could see it happening...), we should all think of what other phrases could be formed out of that acronym.  Hate to walk down the road and have a bunch of purple haired toothpaste sniffin nazi penguin clubbers saunter up and go "yo!  You're one of us!!  Right on!"

"Butt yanker on a cruise"
"Best yodeller on any continent"

Oh man, this could go anywhere...

BWAHAHAAHAAAHAAA!
