Mini ITX boards
« on: February 12, 2005, 06:41:58 pm »
Does anybody here have any experience with mini-itx motherboards?  I want the cheapest one that will emulate all SNES and NES games perfectly.  As long as it does that (and has TV out) it meets my needs.  This would be used for the sole purpose of running SNES and NES emulators.

I have owned two, both Epia 800's, and the s-video out has been subpar at best.  Maybe they've improved it on the newer models, but I couldn't recommend one of the 800's, unless you plan to stick in a PCI video card (which is what I ended up doing).

I've had a few EPIA 1000's and the TV out isnt too bad. It is able to run SNES, NES, NEOGEO games without a prob.
