FS: Super SF2 Cabinet + extra PCB's
« on: February 10, 2005, 03:38:47 pm »
I've got a full size Super SF II cabinet (25 in. monitor) that I'd like to sell (graduating from college and moving). I have PCB's for: Super Street Fighter 2, Darkstalkers, Xmen Children of the Atom, Xmen vs. Street Fighter. All games work perfectly.

The cabinet is in great shape - a few scratches but no real gouges or anything. The monitor is in top shape with absolutely no burnout or ghosting. I have all the keys (2 keys for both doors) and the coin slots both work.

I recently restripped a bunch of the wires & button connections so everything is working perfectly. This machine has *no* problems whatsoever and has been very well taken care of.

Below are 2 links (both have the same file - so only click one link) with pictures of the cabinet and games. I tried to include all the dings on the machine in them. 2 comments on the pictures:
- the white all along the back of the machine is just dust reflecting from the camera's flash. With a damp cloth the back will be as black as the rest (pics were originally taken for something else, not as sale pictures).
- the white scratches down the right side are very shallow - i rubbed the wall moving it into my new place. With a coat of black paint you won't be able to see them. Again - very shallow, no deeper than simply scratching off the paint.

Links to pictures (both links have same .zip file so only click one). Links only work for 7 days and one is a few days old. If both links die post here and I'll reupload them:

Other misc. info:
- I'm just north of Chicago in Evanston, IL.
- I'll ship wherever if you pay for it and arrange pickup at my place (I don't have a car)
- I and my roomate can help move it, but we'll need 4 people total (you + 1) because it has to go down some tricky stairs. If you can't bring someone we need to arrange for another of my friends to be here (which shouldn't be a problem).

I'm looking for a Super SF II board right now, and I'd possibly be interested in Darkstalkers and X-Men vs SF. How much would you want for them, or are you only willing to sell them with the cabinet?

I'd really like to sell them as one big lot. (cabinet + PCB's).

If I get someone who wants to knock $$ off the purchase by only taking 1 PCB that's fine - then I'll sell the others individually.

I have gotten a bundle of emails about the cabinet/pics.  Since the links are dead (each one worked for 25 downloads) send me an email if you really want to see the pictures/are interested in purchasing, and I'll give you a new link.

Anyone else want email pics?  If not I'll let this post fall down.
