Super PacMan Cocktail underlay needed...also, a question..

I am a newbie to the arcade game scene as well as a newbie to this board....i just bought a SuperPac Man cocktail game from a guy here in town, and it has just a generic black underlay.

Does anyone have a SuperPac Man cocktail underlay for sale, or know where i can get one.  I found some of the graphics on the net, and i was just going to try to make my own at Kinkos to get me by, but i would like something more official looking.

Also, like i said, i'm new to this whole arcade game refurbishing thing, and my Super PacMan game need a little work...if someone would like to sort of take me under their wing and help me out, i'd appreciate it...as far as tech questions and where to get parts and how to install them.

Right now my machine is pretty good, but it shows no green color on the monitor.  Is that an easy fix??  I sort of need new controller overlays too...but that's not my first priority right now.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
