I was looking at wico's site and I stumbled upon there Joystick pushbutton. I don't think I would use it for anything but it's somthing neat to check out.

My wireless keyboard has a mouse interface like this.
Not really practical for gaming, but for a windows mouse interface in a cabinet it might be useful(if you're not using a trackball like most everyone seems to), it'd be a lot less real estate
