Happ's Rotary Optical: Molex Problem

Hey, I have been using these sticks a while now, but the wires constantly break off the molex connector that connects to the optical board. Anyone have any idea of another way i can connect wires to these boards? I can't friggin' play roatary games, man!
I emailed happs with a complaint about them. Hopefully they beef them up or something. They can't handle the joystick movement.

Sounds like the pins are being overcrimped at the factory maybe. They're breaking off on the board side, or the backs of the pins?
Love that avatar, btw...

I have some experience with molex connectors, pins, and crimping. Can you post a picture of the problem part? Perhaps I can offer a suggestion or make you a replacement of some kind.
