How should i attack it? and whats that black thing in the middle ( i know it's the ground but can i file it down to expose some copper?)

Uh, the "black thing in the middle" is a chip covered in a drop of epoxy.

If you "file it down" you will render the whole circuit board useless.

The black thing in the middle is not GND, but actually a processor, ie Don't file it down!

Also, if you have presicion soldering skills then you can easily solder two legs of a microswitch (through wires of course) and it should work. Please correct me if I am wrong, im still waiting for my parts to get mailed to me.

i saw epoxy anywaz i screwed the pcb up i plugged it in my pc and it said malfunctioned device
