I was wondering were did you get your Tmolding and how did you gut the groove to put the molding into. I am thinking a router but have yet to find a bit that cuts a slot on the edges of the wood. Please help!

1)
www.t-molding.com
2) Router with correct width bit -or- I think some have used biscut hole cutters (how you make the holes in shelving units that join with other parts with an oval shaped disc called a biscuit)

Tmolding.com sells the correct router bit. I used it on my cabinet and it worked great. (It's expensive for a router bit though, $35).

You want the 3-wing 1/16" slotting cutter bit from coastal tool:
http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/a/ab/aman/slotting.htm?L+coastest+dkxv1470ff213621#cart
53200 3-Wing 1/16" $11.00
Also, if it's a hand held router.. they have these mountable router guides that you'll want to get.. it'll keep the router at a uniform distance from the wood the whole time.
