Just so that you know, you don't actually need the Capcom IO board in order to use the 4 or 6 button games. The Sega IO board has the input for buttons 6, 7 and 8 per player and utilizes buttons 4 and 5 through the standard Jamma harness. Right now, I am playing Capcom vs. SNK through my Sega IO board.

If you get desperate, you can get a complete system with MvC2 through cosmicco:
http://home.netvigator.com/~cosmicco/

The only problem is that you have to email them for a price list and they are in Hong Kong. I got my setup from them within a week of ordering and have been pleased so far.

You may want to try and get a GD-ROM unit with your NAOMI also.  I've been on the hunt for one since I've bought my NAOMI.  :-\

I may have got a full Naomi 1 motherboard with Japanese 'G' BIOS, Capcom I/O, GD ROM unit, GD Dimm board and a Sega PSU up for grabs early next week, as I am hoping to get my 2nd naomi cabinet this weekend

I'll be bundling 2 games with it, they will be Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper and Guilty Gear XX Midnight Carnival

btw I am UK based but if you check my eBay feedback you will see I am %100 seller !

That setup would be a sweet place to start.  I just couldn't pass up the deal on my NAOMI.  I actually kinda got it by accident.  ;D

im still kind of debating if i want to just hack a DC for cheap or go with the naomi. basicly i just want it for MvC2

I'll let you know when I have them in my hands which hopefully will be this weekend or mid next week
