HELP making a new stick

Alrighty i finished my old stick that i made for my dreamcast thx to SNAKKKE Now i want to start on my new one. And i need of some help.

1. Does anybody know of some tutorials on how to paint ur wood so it looks real nice.(im going to use fiberboard)

2. This stick is for fighting games and can someone give me a link to a site that has the pictures that they do in the arcades not the marques but the character move lists and the faqs on how to play the game.
- looking for street fighter 3(any version)
- Marvel vs Capcom 2(1 is fine if u cant find 2)
- Capcom vs SNK 2        "                        "

3. Does anybody know of any sites that might sell this umm sorta holder that they have at the arcades its called the competiter it holds ur quarters up.
