NFL Blitz 99
« on: January 08, 2005, 07:03:14 pm »
My uncle today won a Blitz 99 machine at the Milwaukee auction.  I helped him get it home and it's up and running fine.  However, I would like to get into test mode to change the setting, etc.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Looking at the PCB, i did see some jumpers with TEST written above them.  I tried putting a jumper on some of them, but was not able to get into test mode.  The machine did not come with a manual, and I have not been able to find on on the internet.  Any help you could give would be appriechated!

Chris

P.S.  For those who went to the Milwaukee auction, have you ever seen slim pickings like that?  Only one row?

I believe NBA Maximum Hangtime used the same hardware.  So you might try the manual on this site.

The guy also just has the dip switch settings in a text file by themselves if you don't need the entire manual.

Good luck, and I'm jealous.  I want a dedicated Blitz machine one of these days.

*EDIT*  Check that.  It's NBA Showtime that runs on the same hardware, but they may be similar enough.  I'm not sure.
