I've contacted Andy about this but I think he's on vacation... (he did reply once, but I'm waiting to hear back from him again)...

In the meantime, I'm wondering if any of you had a problem with a new IPAC/2 board and the latest WinIPAC software.

Ever since the beginning of this week, when I try to re-program my IPAC/2 (USB) it will sometimes say "Device Found.", etc etc... but then it will say "Sending Data...." and won't display anything else (the program basically locks up at that point).

After doing some more research, it appears as though my normal "MAME" controls .IPC file (one I made) re-programs the IPAC fine, but when I try to reprogram my alternate "You Don't Know Jack" .IPC file, WinIPAC will lockup.  The difference between these two configurations is that for "You Don't Know Jack" I have SEVERAL IPAC/2 buttons assigned to the same keyboard key.  Is this allowed?  Could this be causing the problems?

Any help would be -GREATLY- appriciated.

Try changing the multiple key assignments to the 1 button on that IPC file and see if that makes it work. Also, touching any control while the IPAC is programming will cause it to lock up.
