GMC Interactive Display -- err Video Game
« on: October 12, 2002, 02:27:19 pm »
I just left a GM dealer and in their showroom, they had the coolest interactive display.  It looked like an arcade machine, but was very streamlined.  Had a Trackball and 2 Happs buttons on it.

I really want to find one of these.  It was cool enough to go in the Living Room.

I am half tempted to go in their with a Centipede Rom and show the salesmen what is capable of.

I'm sure it was custom made for them, and arcade parts were the easiest thing to use.  I doubt the sales staff has access to the guts, or would want you messing around with the software...they've got cars to sell and happless consumers to rip off!

No, but I've mailed every GM Marketing person asking for them when they are surplused.  And low and behold, I actually got a reply -- with a bit of hope tossed in.

Bah they are selling 40k dollar trunks to old farmers.  They need me.
