i just ordered mine from angus and robertson, it cost me $49.95 (incuding shipping) and atm they are having a sale so it also gets %20 off the price as well  :o :o :o

Bought mine from Amazon (US) marketplace for ~AU$30 delivered. Only took a little over a week to arrive.
