For my new MAME project I'd like to snatch one of these. There are a ton on ebay but I decided I'd check here first. Anything over pentium II would be fabulous. Thanks for your time.

No chance of touching anything under $275 and thats without drive, memmory, etc

what specs are you looking for and would a cube pc be ok or just straight flat...if this is hidden inside a mame cab i would just remove the case altogether.  if you have strict dimensions you are working with post them here or pm me and i'll dig something up for you
