best mame monitor ? best bang for buck?

Im going to be buying a monitor or tv or something to play mame on here in the near future , so i thought i would check to see what people are recommending or using now days. 

Not looking for a high def. tv or lcd. More something along the lines of a real arcade monitor possibly.   Something in the 25-27" range.

You might want to check www.basementarcade.com in the forsale section. He had a few arcade monitors in there last I knew.
