VERY nice, supersweet job you're doing there.  That's definitely a project worth copying!

It's a bit hard to digest all the info in your post - I'm glad you had pictures!  Just drop an extra "return" in there once in a while to separate some sentences....I'm all woozy, like I was sniffing glue!  ;)

Very nice.  The spinning CD spindles should be a cool addition.  What are you planning on using to allow the CD's to rotate?

What are your plans for the edges of the birch plywood?  T-molding or something else?  Great job and can't wait to see more pics as you progress.

Sorry, I tend to say too much to fast.  I fixed it, somewhat.  Thanks!

I'm curious... why are you putting a trackball on a jukebox?

Thanks.  I will be using two mini-disco lamps for the rotating CD's.  I am going to "hack" them to be able to accommodate the Cd spindles.  I went ahead and stayed away from routing the edges to install t-molding.  Instead, it has 3/4" wood trim installed. (it's kind of hard to see, but it is there.)

You're not going to spin the CD's on end?  I've seen jukeboxes where they were mounted on end and angled, made some nice reflections that way.

Keep updating. Looks great.

Golden T, why else?   ::)

j/k :)   My guess is it's to use as a controller, just like up & down buttons you know, but different :)

Nice juke. Looks like your giving june a run for her money.

When you said you were going to have revolving CD's, I thought you were going to have them in there turing like JackTucky said. I was going to suggest you make the box's a bit deeper and put a light tunnel behind them.

All that it is, is two sheets of perspex in a V shape behind them, V open at the front. The perspex is covered with car window tinting with the reflective side facing you (hope you understand what I mean).

Excellent job though. I would love to see some plans for this one.

Or an infinity mirror (search for "infinity mirror" for a link on how to make one).  Either one would look really cool!

I got tied up with some things, so I'm sorry I have not updated some more pictures.  I should have this Juke ready any time now.  I will make sure to post plenty of pictures.

Thanks for the excellent link on how to build those infinity mirrors.  I'm afraid I'm to far into the build to change it.  Darn, wish I would have asked earlier  :-[
