Very cheap LEDs!

If you want really bright leds do NOT buy the 20,000+ from that ebay seller.  BestHongKong's white leds also had a very yellow tone to them which is quite annoying when you wanted white leds.   Also they were not as bright as the ones from http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQgotopageZ1QQsassZlckwtcQQsorecordsperpageZ25QQsosortpropertyZ1.  I have bought a couple different lots of 20,000+ mcd white leds from "lckwtc" and the leds were extremely white and insanely bright.

Really? They seem a bit more expensive there...

I don't plan on white LEDs. I like the coloured ones better so that I don't have to get tinted plastics.

What's the difference between the ones there and the ones you pointed out? It doesn't seem that great to me...

The difference is 100 for 16USD shipped and 50+USD shipped at lckwtc. Is it really worth it??

It really depends upon the brightness you need.  I needed the brightest white leds I could get my hands on (for a reasonable price).  The others should be fine for most people but be aware of the yellow cast to the light emitted by the leds from the cheaper source.
